During a sale, you will find discount codes on our social media pages or along the notification banner at the end of every webpage. At times you may find more than one. We love to share a good sale, however only one discount code can be used during each purchase. An ideal way to use each discount code would be to create an additional sale. In the event you incur a duplicate shipping charge, feel free to email us your order numbers and we will refund you the duplicated charge.

Cart expiry fluctuates. Fore example, we may set cart expiry to 3 hours during a sale event.

A minimum 24 hour lead time is required for all orders. Of course we truly do our best to ship last minute orders as fast as possible when contacted via email. It is important to note that payments made with AfterPay may require additional time, approx 24-48hours for the merchant facility to send confirmation of payment. Please take this into consideration, and if possible we recommend  to use either PayPal or via the PayPal merchant gateway, your personal card details (either Credit card or debit card).

Where a product is hand made by our talented team, it will be listed as a stock item on our website. In the event that an item is showing unavailable, please contact us to discuss availability or lead time.
